Description
These are the seeds from the white Bhut Jolokia. They are also sometimes called White Ghost, or White Ghost Pepper in the US. The original red variety was in the Guinness World Records as the hottest chilli in the world from 2006 -2011.
The pods of this white variety ripen to a creamy white colour, and have a smoother surface than the original. The flavour is more citrus-like and the heat not quite as intense. Overall a stunning chilli plant that should have a place in every chilli garden!
